Lionsgate Church

Lionsgate Church is an apostolic church. We want to make His kingdom visible here on earth. God's love for you and me is so great and we want you to experience that. "On earth as it is in heaven".

Lionsgate Church is led by Paster Idsert & Judith van Brandwijk together with a team of elders.

Leadershipteam

Lionsgate church is a community of people, young and old, from different cultures that want to live the wonderful gospel of Jesus Christ in unity with each other. God is the very best at dispelling chaos, fear and darkness and summoning order, peace and light! He does this not only for special people but for everyone!! For you too! We want to change together in the image of God. We want to believe and receive unconditionally what He has done for us in Jesus Christ. Together we want to discover the richness of God's promises.

We learn to walk together in unity, inspired by the love of Jesus Christ and in the power of His Spirit! And that is possible because Jesus prayed: …..that they are one, as We are one. Wij willen met elkaar Gods koninkrijk bouwen. Wij zijn geroepen om te groeien tot volwassenheid, te wandelen in Zijn kracht en discipelen te maken.

We want to build God's kingdom together. We are called to grow to maturity, walk in His power, and make disciples.

Ministry council

Lionsgate Church is not part of an umbrella organization. To ensure safety, we work with a ministry council. A board of leaders outside the congregation who supervise. They give advice, but it is also laid down in the articles of association that they guarantee the course of the congregation.

We want to do what Jesus did under the guidance and in the power of the Holy Spirit and make His Kingdom visible.

Vision

Lionsgate Church is a family in which every person counts and is important. Young and old walk together in unity. We are a church aimed at young people.

Lionsgate Church is an apostolic church. This means that we make His Kingdom visible with words, deeds and power. We do not do this out of our own strength but under the guidance and in the power of the Holy Spirit. We want to radically do God's will so that God's Kingdom becomes visible. We expect the supernatural from God in every area of our lives and believe that miracles and signs will follow us.

We believe in 5-fold ministry; apostle, prophet, evangelist, teacher and shepherd. The 5 ministries to equip the church where the apostle and the prophet determine direction.

We believe in discipleship. The great commission of Jesus is not about making believers but about making disciples and therefore also about being a disciple himself. We want to grow in our relationship with God and renew our thinking every day. We believe that we can encourage and correct each other in love. We are a church where people get to know Jesus, walk with God the Father, and grow into mature Christians. Where we want to actively learn to walk in the gifts of grace to build up each other and the church; be a church where you receive restoration, healing and liberation.

Lionsgate Church is a worshipping church in which the Holy Spirit has all the room to move. A church with a source of praise and worship. A source in which the presence of God is a characteristic. Where new songs are written. Songs appropriate to the time we are in and are meant to set something free or in motion. Praise and worship with its own character and recognizable sound. A church where talented musicians and vocalists work together to discover and occupy new areas of praise and worship.
